Strategic Plan

The current Center City Strategic Plan approved by the Center City Authority Board spans from 2020 - 2023. This document and its goals and objectives drive the work of the City of Midland, the Center City Board, and its three committees as we aim to grow and improve the district over the next four (4) years.

Mission: To provide an environment for success that leads to sustainable economic growth in the Center City area.
Vision: Center of opportunity in the heart of the city
